One of the most important benefits of using resistance bands is that, unlike free weights, they do not rely on gravity to provide resistance. This increases the potential for use in more functional movement patterns that mimic both everyday activities and golf specific movement patterns.
This collection of exercises can be a standalone workout or mixed in with the More Pars Training other workouts. Each exercise encompasses at least one of the Power Matrix (Vertical, Rotary, Chop, Wrist & Core Power), which represents the More Pars golf-specific training.
